Introducing the Coaching Life Wheel

A simple way to start to evaluate how satisfied you are with your life and work and how balanced these two areas are with one another is to work with the coaching wheel.

This is a useful tool as you can use it as a visual aid to help you start identifying how you can balance the key areas of your life and use it to focus on areas you want to change by becoming your own life coach.
